Therapies and Method Behind Autism Recovery
ABA therapy increases positive behaviors to replace problem behaviors in children with autism. Children are taught the skills that will make them more successful in their home, school, and communities.
A specialized form of medical treatment administered by delivering 100% pure oxygen to the body through increased atmospheric pressure greater than 1.3 ATA in an enclosed hard chamber.
The Oxford Neurofeedback program evaluates brain activity patterns and teaches self-regulation of brain function through quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG). Also known as “brain mapping,” qEEG analyzes electrical patterns at the surface of the scalp.
ARTS Nutrition Coaching takes an individualized approach, focusing on what a child should eat for optimum nutrient density and how to get them to eat these foods. After changing diet, improvements (often dramatic) in physical and psychological health result.
Creative Arts Therapy
ORC provides Creative Arts Therapy to small groups of children in a naturalistic setting that mimics school programs. An instructor leads the group in music, art, and movement activities, while each child receives support (as needed) from their individual BT (Behavior Therapist).
What is the Autism Recovery Thru Synergy (ARTS) model?
At ORC, we have found that an integrative approach is most effective for treating autism. We recognize that one size does not fit all. We address each patient as an individual, assess family dynamics and offer multiple evaluation tools and therapeutic approaches for synergistic results.
Synergistic Therapies Model
By approaching the recovery of autism with a multifaceted therapy approach, Oxford’s model promotes synergy between the different therapies. This is where the interaction or cooperation of two or more therapies healing the entire body creates a greater effect than the sum of their separate effects. Simply put 1+1=3.
Cutting Edge Approach
With a diverse set of cutting-edge technologies, therapy modalities, and an extensive scope of laboratory tests, we shed light on the autism puzzle by interlinking all body systems.
