Alaina Voller

Lead BCBA, Brighton

Alaina has been working with children since she was a teenager. Alaina fell in love with Applied Behavior Analysis soon after graduating with her undergraduate from Michigan State University and pursued a Master’s of Science in Psychology, with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University. She became certified as a BCaBA in 2016 and a BCBA in 2017. Alaina has a background in developing and leading ABA programs. Alaina’s approach to ABA is strongly influenced by her background in child development. Teaching students to reach important, functional milestones in the natural environment is a passion for her. Alaina describes witnessing the “lightbulb” moment as a huge motivator and reason she loves her job! Alaina and her husband Tyler are from the area and currently live in Brighton, right around the corner from ORC! Alaina is a very family-oriented individual and a very active person who enjoys exercise and outdoor fun. Alaina loves coffee and being a “dog mom” to Rogue and Rey.
