Our Vision

Oxford Recovery Center is working on a new initiative to provide Therapeutic Vocational Training (TVT) programs to a vastly overlooked segment of society, young adults on the Autism spectrum.

Oxford is looking for partners in this endeavor to provide sponsorships for a simulated village environment where trainees can learn applicable skills under your brand’s logo.

This innovative program will allow this underutilized group who have many overlooked abilities to enter the workforce in some of the most short-labored job fields and retain their employment far above the under 7% rate accepted today.

By providing high school and college graduates with Autism access to work experiences in your stores at the Village of ORC, we will together increase our mutual brand’s reputation by changing the potential outcomes for thousands of individuals with autism.

The TVT Program

The TVT program will enable young adults with Autism to receive a hybrid training model working with a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and training professionals tailoring to the individual with Autism’s learning needs. By focusing on building applicable skills such as time management, organizational skills, multi-tasking, workplace safety skills, and softer skills such as social skills and emotional regulation, our clients will see a tremendous increase in success from the existing norm.

Oxford will have a fully simulated village environment with coffee shops, pet shops, retail stores, banks, and more in this brand-new concept. The idea is that we can recreate a real-world experience in a simulated environment providing considerable benefits to our clients.

Help These Individuals Get the Therapy They Deserve

Another way your company can help benefit young adults’ lives in need of Therapeutic Vocational Training. Oxford Kids Foundation is looking for support through grants for TVT participants.

There are no government funds for these individuals to have Therapeutic Vocational Training, and the needs of these individuals are often more than many families can afford. By contributing to these individuals’ success directly, your company will make an incredible impact and receive the proper recognition for doing so.
